TRACKING YOUR PARCEL

Once your order has been placed, our team will prepare and ship your package within 2 business days.

Tracking details will be automatically emailed to you (or sent via SMS if a phone number is provided at checkout).

If you do not receive tracking information, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they’ve been placed, as they are immediately sent to our warehouse for processing.

If you placed an order by mistake or no longer want the items, you can still return the package by following our Returns process once it arrives.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Before completing your purchase, please review your items carefully.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

 

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in resellable condition.

 

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
    Any complimentary gifts received with your order must also be returned for a refund to be processed.

Shipping costs (both original and return postage) are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Return Shipping (Checkout+)

We offer Checkout+, which provides customers with free return shipping.

If you selected Checkout+ at checkout, you will receive a prepaid return label through our portal.

Customers who did not select Checkout+ are responsible for purchasing their own return label through our customer portal.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Mystery Boxes
  • Solid Gold Jewelry
  • Custom Jewelry
  • Made-to-Order Moissanite items
  • Opened or worn items
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

DUTIES & TAXES

Degani ships to over 220 countries worldwide.

For orders placed outside of Canada and the USA, the recipient is responsible for confirming that the product can be legally imported into the destination country.

The recipient acts as the Importer of Record and must comply with all import laws and regulations.

Import duties, taxes, and fees may be applied once the shipment reaches the destination country—these charges are determined by local customs authorities.

Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

If a shipment is refused due to unexpected import charges, the total order amount—including shipping and any return costs—cannot be refunded.

Customs procedures may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery time.

Typical customs clearance takes 1 business day, though this may vary.

To ensure smooth delivery, we recommend:

  • Providing a valid phone number at checkout so customs can reach you if needed.
  • Not refusing shipments or ignoring carrier notices regarding duty/tax charges.

    (Most carriers will hold a package for about 5 days before returning or discarding it.)
